When you can already feel the blazing heat of the sun, and when you already want to jump on the pool to make some splash, that is when summer starts!

Last Monday, the clocks ticks its way to the first of April. Probably most of us have experienced the sudden changed in temperature. What used to be a calm fuse of heat became so intense that most of us wouldn’t dare to leave our home and enjoy the rest of our days in front of the electric fan or in an airconditioned room. That’s when summer started! And since summer is not really complete with some adventure, most of you perhaps have been planning on an out of town trip, or maybe just a day, strolling around the mall. Just a few words.

  1. Prepare yourself! We have different seasons for a reason. And summer? The hottest month(s) of the year. Prepare yourself to sweat. Hydrate yourself by drinking a lot of water and put some lotion on and better if that would have atleast SPF 30. Wear sunglass and bring a cap and umbrella all the time. Be cool in the heat.
  2. Use your time well! Usually, when summer starts, the vacation begins. That’s when we have control on all the time in the world. But not because you have free hours does not mean you should just lie down and sleep. Use this time and do something productive! Read a book. Join a club in your local neighborhood. Attend summer classes. You have so many choices way ahead you. Just thing unique and do what you love.
  3. Enjoy Summer! Summer is summer. If you are still a student, then you know what this means. It’s your time to free yourselves from endless paper work, and (maybe) boring lectures. It’s your time to have fun and relax. Don’t stress yourself inside your home and looking at beautiful pictures of beaches in your place. Take out your bag and invite your friends and family. Have fun!

Summer does not happen very month. So, spend it wisely. Have fun and enjoy!
